1. Data We Collect

Overclock collects the following data to provide our service:

• Email address — for authentication and account management
• Usage statistics — session duration, token counts, model used, and cost estimates
• Session metadata — project path (directory name only), timestamps

2. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

Overclock operates on a BYOK model. Your Anthropic API key is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. API calls are made directly from the desktop application to Anthropic's servers. We have no access to your API key at any time.

3. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Usage statistics are retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time through the account settings or by contacting us.

4. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of your personal data
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Rectification — correct inaccurate personal data
